1. Event Admission

- Entry Requirements: Attendees must present a valid ticket and, if requested, a valid ID for admission. PodCamp Toronto reserves the right to deny entry to any individual without a valid ticket or ID.
2. Code of Conduct
- Behavior: All participants must adhere to the event’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy. Any violation of these policies may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
- Compliance: Participants must comply with all instructions from event staff and security personnel.
3. Personal Property
- Responsibility: PodCamp Toronto is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendees are advised to keep their belongings secure at all times.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. The event staff reserves the right to inspect personal property and confiscate prohibited items.
4. Photography and Recording
- Consent: By attending PodCamp Toronto, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used by the event organizers for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Restrictions: Unauthorized commercial photography or recording is prohibited. Personal photography and recording are allowed unless explicitly restricted in certain areas.

- Assumption of Risk: By participating in PodCamp Toronto, you assume all risks associated with the event. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PodCamp Toronto, its organizers, sponsors, and partners from any claims arising out of your participation in the event.
7. Cancellations and Changes
- Event Changes: PodCamp Toronto reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, content, and venue. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
- Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or credit for a future event. The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants due to cancellation.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
